iNgineering weblog is...GO!

To forget one's purpose is the commonest form of stupidity.
-Nietzsche

Greetings, friends and neighbors! It seems only fair and reasonable to use this first post on the launch of a new weblog to explain the purpose of its creation. Your humble blogger is simply a Joe Engineer who is doing his level best spend some of his spare time attempting to learn how to bend the iPhone to his will using the new Apple iPhone SDK.

In his attempts to teach himself the wonders of the iPhone's innards, he has spent no small amount of time searching for resources other than Apple's online to help guide him on his path. Most of those searches have failed spectacularly...thus the birth of this blog. The plan is to record in here tips and tricks of iPhone development as they are learned, and publish any handy resources as they are discovered. The blogger being who he is, there may be the occasional venting of frustration here as well (though he'll try to keep politics and religion out of it, like good a houseguest).

Should you, dear reader, discover this blog in your own search and have hard-earned juicy tidbits of tasty, tasty knowledge of your own to share, please join in the conversation! We would be thrilled to have you.
